You may now send us your ink-jet cartridges through the postal service. First you must fill out the order form and send it to us.
Once we have confirmed your order, we give you the shipping details.
We do not pay for inkjet cartridges that are not OEM (previously refilled) unless specified on our price list, or physically damaged in anyway. We also do not return defective inkjets, so please inspect your cartridge first before shipping, or contact us if you have any questions before shipping your order. Physical damage includes cracks in the body, broken pieces, rips or dents in the circuitry (especially in print head area), corroded cartridges, or missing labels.
Package Cartridges with Care
The most important thing you can do to protect cartridges is to make sure your shipping box has no “open spaces” in it. If sent this way, cartridges will not bounce around inside the box as this is a common cause of dents in circuitry. Also, you have to make sure that the printing heads are isolated so as to not do not rub on the other cartridges. You may use peanuts or similar packing material to fill in open space in between inkjets and the box and cartridges should arrive fine. Our video on packaging tips can also help you pack your cartridges safely. It’s better to use a bigger box to ensure your cartridges arrive safely.
Be on the look out
Be on the lookout for our most common reasons for rejected cartridges. HP 51629A and 6614D tend to develop cracks down the corners of the cartridge and cracks in plastic directly behind print head after use. The other most common problem is in the bigger, heavier inkjets ( for example HP 51645A and 1823D) that have dents in circuitry and print heads, almost always caused by poor packaging.
